Waiting for me to take them to the store...
Waiting for me to inspect their teeth after brushing...
Waiting for me to set up the movie for our movie night...
Waiting for me to "ask their Dad"...
Waiting for me to make them dinner.
You get the idea.
Here they are. Jackets on, ready to go. Now it seems they have taken to reading while they wait because I am THAT slow.
I am so glad they are becoming such good little readers. I was worried for awhile with all the video games they were wanting to play. I had to change the rules because of this.
My friend Jessica called video gaming kids "Vidiots".
She changed my life that night on the phone. And theirs.
"NO MORE VIDEO GAMES ON SCHOOL NIGHTS"
ps. Don't be making fun of my washer and dryer! I know that the "IN" thing now is to have those bright beautiful colored sets on pedestals. When these kick the bucket and the prices have dropped on the fancy ones they will be mine!

My sister has a rule that her kids aren't allowed to play video games for the whole summer! And if you decide to go this route....um, tell your kids that your friend Larry suggested this! haha
